We use your telephone number only if there is an order-related issue, not for marketing purposes. You must certify that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, an adult must create an account for you with an ESRB ratings restricted account. Our server stores this information so that placing future orders will be quicker and easier. If you want to update your address, go to Your Account and make the appropriate changes. You must be signed in to access Your Account.

We also track your order and billing history so you can access Your Account and immediately determine which games you've rented. This information is also used to remove rented titles from your recommendations list.

GetGames.ca users should not post personal information on any review page, as this information is made public.

Viewing and Updating Your Information on GetGames.ca

You can always access the personal information you have provided to GetGames.ca by going to Your Account. You can make changes to this information to update your account anytime. Simply access your Account information by clicking on the "View My Account" link.

Disclosure

Except as described in this section, we will not sell, rent or disclose your personally identifying information to third parties without notifying you of our intent to share the information and giving you an opportunity to prevent your information from being shared.
